After many many years of looking for a space to call home i can finally say...i've found an AMAZING HOME!
i am extremely excited to announce that i am a new Co-Op Owner of a New York City artist live/work Loft.
The loft building is called: 130 west 26th street Artists Housing development fund corporation. Basically this mean that in 1975 the building (an old tee shirt factory) joined together to protect themselves as artist from the rising cost of taxes and fees. With city and state approval they turned the building into bonafied artist housing for the next future generation of artist to enjoy.
i feel lucky and Privileged to join in ownership of this fantastic 7 story building chock full of artist, painters, editors and more.
