orchids after a rain shower
a free trip via frequent flyer miles to Hawaii and a chance for me to recharge the old batteries, was how i spent the last week in august.
exploring hidden beaches by 4x4, walking thru lava fields, swimming in crsytal clear water, eating tons of Ahi, driving the Big island while eating from every roadside fruit and nut stand, searching for seeds and beads and enjoying the sweet local kava beverage.
quite a fun fun fun first trip to hawaii.
